Cancellation & Modification Policy
At Design Your Space™, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’ll do our best to help you update or cancel your order quickly and easily.
🕒 1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in production or shipment processing, and we may not be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@designyourspace.shop with your order number and subject line “Cancel My Order.”
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
✏️ 2. Order Modifications
We can assist you with changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase, such as:

Updating shipping address

Changing product variants (size, color, quantity)

Correcting personal details or order notes
After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee modifications as your order may already be processed or shipped.
📦 3. Already Shipped Orders
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
In that case, you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your package.
⚠️ 4. Customized or Made-to-Order Items
Orders containing personalized, custom, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun, since production starts immediately after purchase.
